We prepare and review purchase and sale agreements, deed transfer documents, and the paperwork that goes with them. We also prepare and review the agreements that come up around boundaries and shared access: land contracts, boundary line agreements, shared driveway agreements, and easements.
Title
We provide certification of title, and we review Abstracts of Title, so you know what the public record says about a property before you are committed to buying it.
Closings
We coordinate and conduct real estate closings, and we handle mortgage closings for buyers at banks. Where a sale is financed by a private party rather than a bank, we prepare the mortgage documents.

We guide buyers and sellers through each stage of a purchase or a sale, from the first draft of an agreement through to the closing itself.
